Sleeps 6 - Parking for 4 cars - Friday changeover - secure garden. A delightful detached bungalow ideally situated by the camel trail which is a couple of minutes, picturesque walk passing the lobster hatcheries and seafood terrace into the unspoilt harbour of Padstow. Yellow Sands has full central heating and is very well maintained throughout. Comprising of a lounge with delightful views of the estuary and of rock, there are comfortable sofas, TV / DVD / CD / Radio and freeview player, there is also a sprung sofa bed for extra guests.The main bedroom has a double bed with unspoilt views from the window looking out over the estuary. The second bedroom is facing the front of the property and has twin beds, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet. The third bedroom has a double bed and is again at the front of the property. An attractive bathroom with WC hand basin and electric shower over the bath. There is also a shower room with walk in shower, WC and hand basin. A very pleasant kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, dining table and chairs . Separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.There is also a sunny conservatory to the side of the property. A good sized garden with plenty of garden furniture and BBQ. Also newly erected boating house with decking area situated so you can sit and enjoy the view. The garden is well hedged, with unspoilt views. Private off road parking for 3/4. cars No Smokers. Bookings are normally Friday to Friday (variable days out of season).
