Situated in a very pleasant cul-de-sac, and backing onto farmland, this property is ideally placed for visiting nearby Padstow (3miles) or one of the many sandy bays which are only a few minutes drive away.  It has a fully fenced rear garden so is safe for young children and dogs.  Also at the front there is off road parking.  Close by are new tennis courts which guests are welcome to use free of charge, also a large field for dog walking.

The home has a large entrance hall, off of which there are 3 good size bedrooms.  Front bedroom has twin beds, second bedroom overlooking the fields at the rear has a large double size futon style bed with an additional single bed, third bedroom has a double bed with patio doors taking you out to a decking area, equipped with patio furniture, this bedroom has an en-suite shower and toilet.  Also on the ground floor is a large bathroom, with roll top free standing bath.

Upstairs leads you to the open plan lounge with floor to ceiling windows looking out across the fields, with sofas, armchairs, tv and radio.  There is a large dinning table which can accommodate 8 guests.  The kitchen area has a window to the front overlooking the cul-de-sac, and is equipped with electric hob / oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.
