The kitchen is new and fully equipped for family cooking (with children's cutlery and crockery) with half size dishwasher, hob and electric oven, fridge / freezer and washing machine.  The kitchen opens up to the decking and the secluded garden beyond, where there is outside seating for 6 for sunny alfresco dining.
