Seven bays for seven days. Beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches all within 4 miles of each other.
 
ST.MERRYN
 
Situated only a mile or two from all the beaches listed below, it is the main village boasting garage, takeaway meals, shops, restaurants, pubs, post office, surfing/beach shops. A five minute walk away is the Cornish Arms restaurant/pub now under Rick Steins guidance, with plenty of alfresco eating in the summer months.
 
TREVONE BAY
 
Is a delightful sandy bay situated just over a mile from Padstow. With 2 car parks and beach shop. Not dog friendly May - Sept, but plenty of cliff top walks to keep your "Best friend" happy.
 
HARLYN BAY
 
A mile from St.Merryn - 2 miles to Padstow. Half a mile of sandy beach, rolling waves make this a surfers dream beach. Very popular with families in the summer with nearby pub/restaurant and beach shop. Surf lessons available plus hire of all equipment. Dog friendly all year. Lovely footpath walks along the cliffs, Trevone beach is a 10/15 minute walk.
 
CONSTANTINE BAY
 
Sand dunes lead you to this spectacular beach. Dog friendly all year. Plenty of rock pools when the tide is out for the young fishing enthusiast.  Limited parking near the beach, best to park at Treyarnon and walk along the beach path (about 8/10 minutes) or park at the top of Constantine and walk down to the beach (8/10 minnutes).
 
TREYARNON BAY
 
A pretty sandy bay surrounded by grassy cliffs (beautiful spot to picnic). Large parking area next to the beach. Not dog friendly May - Sept. Cliff top walk leads you to Constantine Bay then onto Booby's Bay another favourite beach for surfers.
 
PORTHCOTHAN BAY
 
1 1/2 miles from St.Merryn - 4 miles to Padstow. Lovely sandy bay again with plenty of rock pools. Beach shop and large car park. Not dog friendly May - Sept.
 
Mother Ivey's Bay.
 
A secluded sandy bay, popular with surfers, from Mother Ivey's you can take the toll road up to Trevone Lighthouse with its spectacular views.
