Hillside is a delightful family home which has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It is light and spacious and comfortably accommodates 8 guests. With the benefit of full central heating you can enjoy a fantastic winter break. Wireless Broadband is available. It is a home you will truly not want to leave at the end of your holiday.

Situated in the valley set back from Treyarnon Bay with distant sea views and a lovely enclosed garden where you can enjoy the wonderful countryside views. It is only a 2 minute drive to the beach or there are several footpaths you can take.

The house has 3 spacious double bedrooms 2 of which are on the 1st floor, both rooms have beautiful countryside views with distant sea views. The master bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and flat screen TV ,en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower , very stylish and spacious. The other 1st floor bedroom has single beds which can be linked to make a super-double, en-suite shower room. 

      

Ground floor

Two further bedrooms a large twin-bedded room which can be linked to make a double with pleasant views over the garden it also has a flat screen TV.  Fourth bedroom has full size bunk beds and is very well furnished.

The elegant main bathroom has a large bath with shower and fixed shower screen, hand basin and toilet.

Entrance Hall

Front door opens into a pleasant light hallway, which takes you to the lounge with large windows making the most of the view, French doors lead out to a decking area the garden backs onto fields which lead down to the sea. The lounge has a large dresser, with comfy chocolate coloured leather sofas TV and DVD player.

Double glass doors lead you into the Dining room area with a large extendable oval table . A breakfast bar separates the kitchen which is finished to a very high standard and comprises of a  double oven with electric hob , dishwasher , fridge , freezer and microwave

.    

From the Kitchen you will find the Utility Room with washing machine and a tumble drier, the boiler with the controls for the central heating.  From the utility room you lead out onto the graveled parking area and the garage. Steps lead down to the lawned garden with gates so it is secure for children and pets. A pebbled area ideal for BBQ's. Garden furniture and items can be found in the storage room situated under the house. In the garage there is a dog basket and cage which you are welcome to use.
