Situated in the very popular area of Constantine Bay, about 3 miles from Padstow, only a minute walk from Trevose Golf course with its fantastic sea views, also offering tennis courts and swimming pool. 

Constantine Beach is only a short walk away with its sweeping sandy beach ideal for families and surfers.

This large detached bungalow is in a very pleasant road of similar properties. A high hedge gives maximum privacy.  Large gardens back and front with ample parking.

There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds with en-suite wc /bathroom, and 2 with twin beds with en-suite wc / shower room.

The lounge is at the front of the property with open fireplace, the dinning area has a table to seat 8 guests with patio doors out to a BBQ decking area and steps down to the lawn.

Open plan kitchen with central aisle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built in electric oven, electric hob, microwave.  Off the kitchen area is a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, extra cupboards and sink.  There is also a fifth toilet off the hallway.
