This apartment has two twin bedded rooms (main bedroom can be made into a king size bed) both with vanity units the main bedroom has patio doors, out on to its own balcony.  Bathroom with WC hand basin and bath with shower attachment. 

The kitchen is fitted with oven and gas hob, microwave, washer / dryer, fridge and a breakfast bar with four stools.  Lounge with settee, armchairs and patio doors leading out to a balcony with a small table and chairs over-looking the estuary.  There is a radio, TV and DVD/Video player in the lounge.

The Old Boatyard is also able to offer private parking (quiet position yet just yards from the harbour activities).   Full gas central heating.  There is also a communal garden with garden furniture and a private access out on to the public footpath which leads to the local beach.
